    I recently bought (3) packs of (5) women's panties from Joe Boxer. To be clear. That's a total of 15 pairs of panties. I had a great experience with Joe Boxer panties 5 years ago and was looking to replace some of the worn out ones. Unfortunately the bands at the top and legs of most of mine are pulling apart. I also bought a pack for my daughter for Christmas this past year and she's having the same problem.     I bought a pair of Joe Boxer white leggings in KMART. I really love the brand, however these leggings have a horrible chemical smell I just can't seem to get out! I have washed several times, soaked in white vinegar, and just don't know what to do next? Can you tell me how to get this smell out, or am I wasting too much time and money! More...

  • Terrible Mens Underwear

    I purchased two packages of men's underwear for my husband. RN42000. He complained that the crotch in the underwear were not very supportive and in fact were rubbing his testicles and causing a rash. We looked at all these new underwear and in fact the crotch sizes (used to be about 4.25 inches) were 3 and 3.5 inches. Apparently a cost savings that is impacting the comfort to the user. I have tried to find a phone number, email or any other means of communication for Kmart and Joe Boxer but I get referred to Sears. After that I get a run around and was even transferred to Lands End.... More...
